Welcome to the Penn Highlands Academy Application. This application is for students who plan to enroll in courses offered through their high school.
When completing this form, all required fields must be completed in order for your application to be submitted.
Applicants must also attach a high school transcript to their application to ensure that the applicant has a minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher.
After you have attached your transcripts and submitted your completed application, you will receive a message to let you know that your application has been sent.
