The programs listed below are transfer degrees; the entire degree will transfer to the 4-year college or university listed, allowing the student to enter as a junior (or higher) in a Bachelor degree program included in the agreement. If a student’s transfer college of choice is not listed, each course intended for transfer must be evaluated individually. More information can be found here.

Franklin University guarantees acceptance of all Penn Highlands graduates with an associate degree, up to 94 semester credit hours.
Grand Canyon University offers Penn Highlands associate degree completers from any program transfer into one of their Bachelor's degree programs.
DeSales University will accept up to 75 credits for transfer.
Southern New Hampshire offers up to 90 transferable credits into a Bachelor's degree for PA community college students.
