This tool will allow you to retrieve your username if you have forgotten or misplaced it.

How it Works

To retrieve your username you must verify information with our system:

1. You will be required to supply a valid email address for username retrieval
2. You will be required to verify 3 personal information items
3. After successful verification, you will be able to send your username to the email address you verified
4. As part of the retrieval process, your password will be changed. Instructions for changing your password will be included in the email with your username.

Note:

• If you are enrolled as an ACE Student (High School Dual Enrollment Program), make sure to select "Yes" below.
• You must also check "I'm not a robot" to enable submission
